Supacel Sign separates the public website from the private document workspace and records the evidence needed to understand what happened to each agreement.
Private workspace
The document dashboard and individual document preparation pages require authenticated access. Anonymous visitors cannot list, retrieve or change stored documents.
Protected document storage
Uploaded PDFs and signature images are held in private object storage. Document responses use private, no-store caching instructions and are released only after an ownership check.
Document fingerprints
Supacel Sign calculates a SHA-256 fingerprint for the original PDF. Completion records preserve that original fingerprint alongside the completed file’s fingerprint.
Tamper-evident activity record
Important actions are timestamped and linked into an audit chain. The completion certificate summarises the document, participants and recorded events.
