These concise terms apply to the current private pilot of Supacel Sign and should be replaced by complete commercial terms before public customer sales begin.
Permitted use
Approved users may use Supacel Sign to prepare and evidence legitimate business documents. The service must not be used for unlawful, misleading or unauthorised activity.
Document responsibility
Users are responsible for document contents, participant identities, signing authority, witness suitability and whether electronic execution is appropriate for the document concerned.
No legal advice
Supacel Sign provides document workflow software. It does not draft legal advice or guarantee that a particular document, signature or witnessing arrangement is legally effective.
Pilot availability
The pilot may change as security, signing and administration features are developed. Important completed documents should be downloaded and retained in the user’s own records.
